Monday Night Meditations

These non-secular meditations are held every Monday evening (except for public holidays) at The Goddess House (Parafield Gardens), from 7:30pm to 8:45pm.

Recommencing on Monday, 16 February 2015, and continuing through the year until December 2015, Monday Night Meditations offer a great way to commence your working week with feelings of centredness, as well as being relaxed and focused.

The primary purpose of these meditation classes is to develop and perfect the sacred art of meditation, being in the "here and now", becoming centred in the current time and place, and thus gaining deeper insight into our direction as we move through life.

These classes are non-secular however they do contain subtle metaphysical themes such as:
** working with and energising your energy centres (chakras)
** aligning your auric bodies
** auric cleansing, protecting and strengthening
** deepening your understanding of the Universe
** expanding your spiritual consciousness

Throughout 2015 we will be incorporating the exploration of the Celtic tree alphabet (the ogham) into our Monday Night Meditations, commencing with the ash tree.

Cost: $10.00 per session

Venue: The Goddess House (located at the rear of a private residence, Parafield Gardens, Adelaide.
Address provided upon contact).

Phone Frances 0401 967 754 or email Frances.

  1. The ogham (Celtic tree alphabet) is this year's main theme in that the meditations will be focused around the various tree months, much in a similar way last year the meditations were focused around mantras for various Hindu and Buddist devas.

No, you don't need have Celtic ancestry, or be a Druid, Celtic reconstructionist etc to attend. A basic handout about to ogham will be made available for all participants.

Yes, this is an open group so you can attend as many (or as few) as you like.

Yes, the overall essence of this Monday Night Meditation group is meditation, developing and strengthening that discipline that benefits our mind, body and soul and allows us to regain that sense of inner peace, centredness and focus often lost in our modern world.

Great Goddess Isis

Great Goddess Isis

Exhortation of Isis

You are She in the dust of whose feet is the hosts of Heaven,
Whose body encircles the Universe,
Who turns the Earth in its orb,
Who gives light to the Sun,
Who rules the World.

You tread death underfoot.
To Thee, the stars are responsive,
To Thee the seasons turn and the Gods rejoice
And the elements are in subjugation.

You are She that is the natural Mother of all things,
Mistress and governor of all elements,
The initial progeny of worlds,
Chief of Divine powers,
Queen of Heaven,
Principle of all the Gods celestial and the light of Goddesses.

At Your will are disposed the planets of the air,
The wholesome winds of the seas
And the silences of the unseen world.
