Learning to Ebb and Flow with the Seasons

The sky is low, the clouds are mean,
A travelling flake of snow
Across a barn or through a rut
Debates if it will go.

A narrow wind complains all day
How some one treated him;
Nature, like us, is sometimes caught
Without her diadem.

So wrote American 19th century poet Emily Dickinson and winter has certainly arrived at The Goddess House

With the changing energy levels of the season, not to mention the increasing reluctance to venture out on wet and wintry evenings, a decision has been made to postpone the Monday Night Meditations until Monday, 1 August, the festival of Imbolc on the seasonal calendar for the Southern Hemisphere which marks the commencement of Spring.

The spell crafting workshop being planned for Saturday, 16th July, as well as the Dark Goddess workshop on 30 July will still be going ahead.

Until then, stay warm and keep the winter bugs at bay.
