The Goddess House is delighted to announce that on Monday, 10 November 2014 as part of the Monday Night Meditation group, the Hindu Goddess Kali will be honoured in a special Kali Mantra and Meditation night, with special guest, Devidasan being in attendance and sharing his knowledge about this often feared and rather mistaken Goddess.
Kali is a re-occuring favorite Goddess in the Dark Goddess workshops that are often held around Samhain (May in the Southern Hemisphere - the next Dark Goddess Returns workshop scheduled to take place on Saturday, 9 May 2015) and as such, various blogs have already been written about her that can be found here and here (this article first appearing in the now obsolete Insight magazine in 2009 or 2010).
The Kali Mantra and Meditation evening to be held at The Goddess House on Monday, 10 November 2014 will be open to anyone would like to participant in a discussion and meditation focusing around Kali, with the $10.00 cost being donated to a cause of Devidasan's chosing. Participants are asked to also bring a small vegetarian plate to share after the event.
